The natural splendor of St. Simons Island and the Georgia coast is a constant source of inspiration and a steady attraction for fine artists, creative types and a host of art galleries, art associations, workshops and studios. If you're looking to take home a souvenir of the Island or just want something to remember it by, these local art galleries represent a number of renowned artists, sculptors and jewelrymakers.
Glynn Visual Arts (GVA) is a a local non-profit organization comprised of visual artists and art patrons. GVA offers ongoing classes, workshops and exhibits throughout the year for artists and art students. Classes include painting, drawing, pottery, glass arts, fiber arts, jewelry, printmaking, photography, as well as kid's classes and summer instructional programs for people of all ages.

Established in 1953, Glynn Visual Arts (GVA) is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization. It is supported through donations by its membership which is comprised of visual artists and art patrons. The Glynn Visual Arts' mission is to promote and encourage creative expression with an emphasis on the visual arts and to enable its integration into the community.
The Glynn Visual Arts is composed of visual artists and art lovers who live full or part time within the area and provides juried artists with a venue for displaying and marketing their artwork.
